Refund policy

At ARSA Print, all of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our end or the item arrives damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
• Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order (names, dates, spelling, colors, etc.).
• We print exactly what the customer submits.

If we make an error in your order, we will gladly correct it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Include your order number.

After review, we will send a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within  12  hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations are not possible.
